GUIDED JOURNEY AI REFUND POLICY

1. Guided Journey AI will provide a refund under the following cases:

• The order was not fulfilled i.e. system error
• The selected package is no longer active

2. Guided Journey AI will NOT provide a refund in the following cases:-

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided.

3. Under normal circumstances, a refund will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Customers are advised to read and understand the policies prior to placing the order.
