BRIGHT ROBIN REFUND POLICY
1. Bright Robin will provide a refund under the following cases:
- The order was not fulfilled i.e. system error
- The selected package is no longer active
2. Bright Robin will NOT provide a refund in the following cases:-
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided.
3. Under normal circumstances, a refund will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Customers are advised to read and understand the policies prior to placing the order.
